Refund policy
1.Requirements for Return
Some products are not eligible for return. The return exceptions from the iCarsoft Official Store include:
Professional purchases: Any order placed on behalf of a company is considered a final sale.
Software and digital products: Once software has been downloaded or activated, it is no longer refundable.
Damaged or incomplete products: All returns must be in their original packaging, with all accessories, and the product must be in new, undamaged condition.
Once the device has been received and verified, the refund will be credited to your bank account.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If you need to return a product, please contact our customer service representative or send us an email to request a return.
✅Cancel order: Allow consumers to cancel the order before the delivery time and within one working day (24 hours)
2.Fees
✅You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery, a 15% restocking fee will be charged for non-defective items.
✅Refused/Undeliverable Orders （only in the U.S）
Refused or undeliverable orders that are returned to our facility will be processed as a standard return. A 15% restocking fee will be charged, and applicable shipping cost will also be deducted from the refund.
International orders which have been refused by the receiver or deemed undeliverable by the shipping carrier may be subject to duties, taxes, customs charges or brokerage fees on the return shipment. iCarsoft-us reserves the right to deduct these additional costs, in addition to all freight charges, from the product refund.
Refusing a package has the potential to cause delays in return shipping as well as incur additional shipping charges.
✅Note that the Free return only includes the New vehicle diagnostic tool，other products such as Accessories, Special orders, Gift items or Used items sold by iCarsoft-us are not covered by the Free Return Policy.
3.Start the Return Procedure
✅To start the return procedure please contact us at service@icarsoft-us.com or on website chat within 30 days. After 30 Days have passed from receiving the delivery iCarsoft-us does not accept Returns.
✅Important Note: Please contact us for detailed return address before you return any product to us.
✅Written Approval Prior to the Return from iCarsoft-us is required.
4.Shipping Procedure
✅For Accepted Returns, iCarsoft-us will provide you the return address via email
✅After Shipping a return please provide us with the Tracking-number of the delivery.
✅Upon Receiving your return iCarsoft-us will refund the purchase amount to you within 5 Business days.
5.How Long Does it Take to Receive a Refund?
✅You will receive a refund through your original payment method within 10 business days.. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
