Great bidirectional obd2 scanner. You can scan and erase codes from the Smart 451 ECU, TCU and SAM unit. Normally this can only the MB dealership... The best part is the clutch adaption and transmission relearn! Shifts great since it deleted the adaptive shifting.
I have totally enjoyed this purchase. My MB3.0 has been a great help in diagnosing my vehicle. Highly recommended
Easy to use by and large. Some language is a bit hard to understand. But, that may be the car's language talking not this "reader". Worth every penny.

Overall a good diagnostic tool for a reasonable price. However my main reason for purchasing was for thcar battery BMS reset function and it does not have that function enabled.
Did everything I needed and was easy-to-use.
I bought this iCarsoft MB V3.0 to replace an older model l had bought about 6 years ago. I haven't used the new model extensively yet, but when l connected it to my 2021Mercedes-Benz GLE450 it immediately recognized it, and displayed the VIN. My previous iCarsoft MB model still works fine, but the newer one has more functionality, such as injector coding etc
Great diag tool!
Working well for our 2019 Sprinter. Took a bit to get it up and working. I tried plugging in to the vehicle port immediately on receiving. Device did not read my van's codes. Realized I needed to update software first. Had a bit of an IT battle to get it to connect to my Mac, and then ended up using the Windows side of my Mac (I use parallels to run Windows on the Mac). IT issues may have been my computer setup. Once updated I was able to plug in to van and successfully run scan. I wish there was a way to determine which version my van is when selecting which software to use on scanner. Scanner will not decode my VIN to select correct version of scan software to run and there are 20 or so options under my 907 Sprinter selection. I chose the one that seems to be a fit and scan ran fine. Was able to see error codes and reset codes as needed.
I am very happy with this product. It successfully identified the issues that my car was experiencing.

Worked out of the box on my 2007 S550.
It's smarter than I am, I'm not a foreign car mechanic, just a old school ex hotrod building mechanic. I changed CPS ON my2005 Mercedes Benz SL 500 tried to perform relearn procedure but couldn't figure out how to do so even after watching YouTube video for MB 2.0 model but it was not helpful . But dis connected battery cables for 30 minutes and deleted DTC codes car runs fine so far

Very comprehensive diagnostic tool. Used on both of my Mercedes, a 2006 diesel and a 2016 Gzl450. Did a great job with diagnosing and clearing some minor faults and identified a faulty sensor as well as a service reset.

Easy to use. Fair price. Paid for itself first week I had it from ridiculous MB dealership costs.
Its a great tool still learning how to use it effectively. Trying to find out why my sprinter van goes into limo mode. It maybe a sensor but I replaced the sensors giving me codes and still its going into limp mode. And no codes please advise if possible.
Had an older model and loved it, purchased this one to use on an older Mercedes 38 pin round round connector with the adapter they sell works great even told me the fault code for the convertible top.
Doesn't perform ALL service functions but it does a LOT for the money. Definitely worth the price, would recommend for any Mercedes owner who likes to DIY.
Finally, a scanner that recognizes my 2024 sprinter. Several said they were compatible, but this one was actually able to read the fault codes and reset them. Worth the money- for sure.
This has been super useful in diagnosing my 2004 CLK 500, and also for clearing codes that were thrown only by disconnecting the battery and removing certain components, like a rear side airbag, as part of unrelated repairs.

This OBD reader allowed me to reset the SRS warning light on the dash on a C240 after I had disconnected the side airbag while replacing the window regulator. Another advanced OBD reader I did not have that feature. You do have to go into the advanced diagnostics, but it’s there. Highly recommended.
