A: The POR V2.0 adds a wider set of service functions and a larger display. The POR V1.0 focuses on full-system diagnostics plus the two most-used resets — Oil and SAS — making it the most affordable way to maintain your Porsche.
A: It doesn’t mean the device is faulty. You can send your vehicle VIN to our support team; we will check if AutoVIN function supports your vehicle. If not available yet, you can manually select the vehicle model to diagnose, normal functions won’t be affected. Our R&D team will add your VIN information into the database and release relevant updates later.
A: Please keep ignition on and engine off. Record freeze frame data first before clearing codes.
Persistent hardware faults need physical repair prior to code clearance.
A small number of SRS/ABS fault codes can only be cleared after completing active (bi-directional) tests, which require a tool with bi-directional control such as the POR V3.0.
A: Please verify your vehicle model and production year. POR V1.0 supports Porsche models manufactured from 1996 to 2025. Certain service functions for 2024 vehicles are still being optimized. Disable the vehicle power-saving mode and update your firmware and software to the latest version.
